Well now, i got the job… but.. i can honestly say i hate it already. It’s very intimidating.. not like my previous one at all :/
Anywho, this move has been terrible. With all of the unpacking and cleaning and what not, i haven’t had time to eat healthy. So sadly enough, i’ve been eating fast food and prepackaged junk food. I haven’t even unpacked my scale yet, because i am terrified to see what i have allowed myself to climb up to. SMH. I am going to do this. I am going to get back on, its not too late. I will get healthy this year damn it.
didn’t do so well on my diet today. (we’re in the process of moving so i’m living on frozen and prepacked foods)
Breakfast- 2 Eggo waffles, grapes, strawberries and no fat yogurt.
Snack- Large Raspberry coffee with skim milk
Lunch- Healthy Choice Meatloaf dinner
Snack- no fat yogurt, medium banana and dark chocolate almond milk
Dinner- Lean Cuisine Chicken Margarita
Snack- 3 piece chicken selects with buffalo sauce, grasshopper pie yogurt, brachs double dipped chocolate covered peanuts.
:( I was doing so good until my sisters fiance surprised me with mcdonalds & candy.. i consumed 2101 calories today… damn it.
ON THE POSITIVE NOTE:
There’s always tomorrow. Tomorrow i will only eat my planned meals. Not going to bother working out, already covered with all the moving of boxes and furniture.
and I got a job interview on thursday!
Speaking of, does anyone have any advice to give me about how to make a good impression during job interviews?
